Kokoon sleep systems makes it mattresses in a manner that the construction and workmanship of this mattress will with stand everyday use by our customers for a period of ten years minimum , if a problem arises we will exchange your mattress.

- Side stitching coming apart
- Deterioration which causes the mattress to have a visible indentation or sag greater than 2 cm, as long as that indentation or sag has not resulted from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation.
