Most deliveries are made by MyHermes or Royal Mail, with some larger items dispatched by a specialist courier. most deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt.

Unfortunately after 14 days, we are unable to issue refunds unless your product is found to have a serious defect.

Please note that the postage cost for sending your order back to us will not be refunded after 14 days unless the item was received damaged, faulty or the wrong item was received. The item(s) must also be in the original packaging.
